Unlike todays mp3-digital-download-ringtone raps stars, Underground MC Breez Evahflowin earned his stripes on the grooves of freshly pressed vinyl. Beginning in the late 90’s with the instant underground classic ‘Forsaken’, Breez went on to release and feature on over 40 vinyl releases to date. In this first volume on the ‘Unearthed Past’ Breez takes listeners on a 12 year journey from the origins of the braggadocios Stronghold crew to the mature socially conscious character of recent releases. The collection is in chronological order and begins with the never released ‘Forsaken remix’. Other notable gems finally unearthed for download are ‘Super-Breez’, ‘Between the Seems’, ‘On the Mic’ and the previously 45 exclusive ‘What’s Happenin’ Now?’. The collection fully embodies the intellectual angst as well as the insecurities of the late 1990 independent hip hop movement. Before the term pop-rap became mainstream and when the term underground was considered the pinnacle of respect.  Notable exceptions to this compilation are the contents of the Fly EP 2003 and the 2008 Breez Evahflowin and Dirt E. Dutch are Troublemakers projects. Both have already been made available for digital download.
