Beat Feed Instrumentals – Episode 56

In this single producer showcase, we feature an exceptional artist who’s no stranger to the feed, the mighty MagOwl. I’ve had the pleasure of being involved with two projects with him so far, Breez Evahflowin‘s Unearthed Past release and just recently Breez’s As He Goes On LP, and hope to collab with him more in the near future. He’s also a graph artist, painter and photographer, but of course we’re featuring MagOwl the musician, so lets get into the tracks featured here. First up is the beat for a Blame One joint “The Illest ft. Anthony Rutkowski”. This is one of a couple songs off Blame’s new LP Endurance that was produced by MagOwl. Second is a track produced for Atari Blitzkrieg called “An Evening in Tokyo featuring Fuca Chan”. This cut is off Perfect Blue, a release from Atari dedicated to the influential anime director Satoshi Kon, who recently lost his battle with cancer. Closing out the episode is the beat for the song “Men Behind the Sun ft. Jak Progresso”. That’s off the Unusual Suspects release Unusuowl. A fitting name indeed. You know the science. Support MagOwl by purchasing music featuring his production. And help spread the word! Peace. Dirt E. Dutch – Beat Feed

Got one all to myself this time.. Big up Dutchman! Go check it out here.

Blame One – Endurance

Blame One’s new joint called Endurance dropped digitally today, I got two beats on there (track 4 & 13). It is available from most digital stores, but here’s a link to iTunes & Bandcamp… Go buy the album! You can preview it to your hearts content over at bandcamp if you wanna check it out before making a purchase.

I have to say it’s a very good album, which shouldn’t come as any surprise for those of you who already know Blame’s work. If you don’t and you like proper hiphop, go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ll probably get on this post and add a few more words and thoughts a little later, but now I got work to do, so….

Peace

Blame One “Stick Up”

The homie Blame One is planning on dropping his new LP, Endurance, on November 9th. November might be a while away, but Uno has no plans of keeping y’all waiting to hear some new ish. Here is the OKP premiere of his first single, the Tranzformer produced joint, “Stick Up.” Tranzformer gives dude a different backdrop, but it’s that same high level lyricism you’d expect from Blame. – okayplayer

Blame One “Days Chasing Days”

Todays recommendation.. Blame Ones Days Chasing Days.

Alright.. What to say about Blame Ones latest album, besides that it’s good and you shouldn’t sleep on it.blame one - days chasing days With production by Exile, Black Milk, Kankick, Blu and more, and guest appearances by Sean P, Blu, to name a few, even Exile steps up on the mic, it’s hard to see how it can go wrong… and it doesn’t. I met Blame a couple of years a go, through a mutual friend, and he’s def one of the good guys, so show some love and go cop his album!

I thought I’d put up some preview song(s) off his album but I decided to go with a tune we did a couple of years ago instead. You can preview the entire album on his myspace, so I thought it might be more interesting to share something else.
